At Footprints to Recovery Mental Health, our mental health treatment facility in New Jersey offers outpatient programming to adults ages 18 and older.
Currently, our mental health programs incorporate the following outpatient levels of care:

- Outpatient Program (OP)

Here, we ask that you provide the current (if any) mental health diagnoses of your client. This additional information will assist us in understanding your client’s current circumstances.

Once we receive a professional referral, our team works tirelessly as the client’s healthcare advocate to coordinate care with their health insurance provider. It is our goal to make sure all of our prospective clients receive the help needed to thrive in life. This goal extends to our ability in advocating for each client’s mental health needs to their insurance provider for mental health treatment coverage.
After reviewing the details of a professional referral, one of our compassionate admissions team members will contact the referred client to go over their options for treatment. In this call, we will take the time to explain their insurance coverage and go over the cost of treatment.
