During your initial consultation, our admissions coordinator will ask you a series of questions to gain a better understanding of your unique situation. This pre-assessment will cover information regarding your medical history, current mental health, and family dynamics.
Following your initial consultation, our team of financial advisors will also work with your insurance provider to establish the optimal financial plan for your treatment. After verifying your insurance, our admissions team will review your benefits and coverage for mental health services. Even if you don’t have insurance, access to treatment should never be a concern. We offer diverse payment options, which our admissions coordinator can review with you.
In general, we accept private insurance plans, self-pay through credit card or check, and sliding scale fees based on income. Our goal is to make sure you can pursue the treatment you need, and our team will work to ensure that your mental health care isn’t hindered by cost.
After addressing all of your questions and deciding how to proceed with treatment, the next step is to schedule the date for your admission into our outpatient mental health program.
